Yomari hunting: Is Yomari full inside? Or ,were we made fools?

We watched Kathputali:.. , a documentary at KIMFF ( Kathmandu International Mountain Film Festival) at Rastriya Sabha Griha. We were six : Ankur ,Bibek, Jwalanta , Nirmal, Sankar and I.
As soon as we got out watching the forgettable but never forgetting documentary, the thing, Yomari got over the minds, Ankur called for the hunt, Bibek got excited and we nodded.
We then roamed Newroad , Basantapur , Newroad again and finally Khichapokhari.. we got what we wanted.. the yomari.. and
how was that???.. the taste.. content inside.. our expectations
hmm..
Is yomari full with contents inside, or we were made fools .
What contents are filled in? What does Yomari taste like?

US elections: A lesson to learn for Nepali Leaders

Philosophers say "Politics a game of dirty minds."
But there was so much to see after John McCain said in Arizona after he lost.
"I wish godspeed to the man who was my former opponent and will be my president," McCain said.
Further,he said "These are difficult times for our country. And I pledge to him tonight to do all in my power to help him lead us through the many challenges we face."
"His success alone commands my respect for his ability and perseverance," McCain said, adding that he "deeply admired" Obama for inspiring the hopes of people "who had once wrongly believed that they had little at stake or little influence" in electing a president.

A Nepali blog www.mysansar.com writes the sayings of Barack Obama in his speech..
प्रतिद्धन्दी जोन म्याकेन र सराह पेलिनलाई समेत कडा प्रतिष्पर्धामा सँगै रहेको भन्दै उनले भविश्यमा म्याकेन तथा अरु सबैसँगै मिलेर देशका निम्ति काम गर्ने प्रतिज्ञासमेत गरेका छन्।

I was thoughtful upon hearing these words.

Unlike Nepali leaders who play blame game over others personal life. I remember the present Primeminister of Nepal comrade Prachanda ( this name is more used than 'Pushpa Kamal Dahal')
I also remember tens of thousands of posters printed of CPN(UML) leader Madhav Kumar Nepal's saluting the then King Gyanendra and the application he had written vying the post of PM of Nepal by the Maoists. Posters pasted all around the city of Kathmandu and Rautahat for making him fail in election.
I do remember Prachanda shouting " Who is that Katwal ( indicating to army chief Rukmangat Katwal) " at Khula Manch(Open Theatre) addressing his supporters to demoralise the Nepal Army. This is the state of Nepali Politics and these are our leaders.
There are many examples as such.
Will Nepali leaders learn from this event. Do they have courage to accept their failures in election and congratulate the winners. I doubt.
But , they need to learn.
Its true in US too there were many bitter and harsh thrown at each other during election campaign. McCain blamed Obama as a superstar not a leader, a child.... republicans called Obama a communist . Obama in return compared McCain with failed bush .. but
but, they do appreciate the results.
when will our leaders do so?

1: There is no dress code for Constituency Assembly Members in Nepal.
2: Nepals PM wears suit + Topi.
3: Nepals VP is most of the time in Bihari Dress.
4: Many international articles write Gautam Buddha was born in India.
5: Many international articles write Mt. Everest solely lies in Tibet, China.
4: Nepal's PM doesnot / suspiciouly celebrates Dashain...

5: Prachanda visited Manakamana Temple premises but doesnot enter into..or puts Tika.

1. Gorkhaland Movement has made former Nepali Dress compulsary ( Men: Daura Suruwal and for women : Gunyo Choli ( Dhaka material for choli) during is identity movement.

Seeing this settings
questions pileup every day.

Is this the Revolutionary Change or a state of low Nationality .. setting for New Nepal...
Is New Nepal a new country in the world.
Does cultural ethics die in 21st century?

Osho said 21st century would be religion free.
Did anyone say it would be Culture/ Nationality free as well??

Many Napalese are starting to say "Who Cares?"

ANIMAL SACRIFICE JUSTIFIED OR NOT??

During Dashain on modern times we can see different rallying demanding the end of animal sacrifice. The mass is significant. The people participating the rally shout slogan against the killers.They call those who kill the animals as demons and this and that.
But, is this killing stoppable in this era?? I can't understand. People feel themselves of offering something to God what they have. There is a famous tradition of taking "vaakal" (a sort of promise to God) as well. They remember and go for the offerings. What I think is, every religion has tradition for animal killings, except Buddhism ( I guess). other than that , there is.
Yes, killing is indeed a violent act, but this festive killings are not considered violent, There give peace to those who dedicate something to God.
But I say, kill animals but not Human.

To all the people who celebrate Dashain.

Dear all, the festivals like Dashain is widely celebrated as festival of success.
More, it is celebrated as a yearly reunion occasion for majority of Nepalese who remain busy throughout the year.
I think this should be celebrated as festival of gathering and mass recreation.
So, I wish everyone happy Dashain.

movie review: Life is Beautiful [Vita è bella, La]

The film starts in the 1930s when Guido relocates from the country to a large Tuscan town where he falls in love with schoolteacher Dora. She is already engaged to another guy, but Guido stills fights for her. The story continues 5 years later, during wartime, Guido is married to Dora and they have a son called Giosue. Guido is of Jewish origin, and he is sent to a concentration camp with Giosue and Dora follows them, only to be sent to another part of the camp.

It's 1939. The ebullient, playful Guido comes to town. He works as a waiter under the watchful eye of his uncle, an elegant man who is a Jew. Guido falls for Dora, a schoolteacher, whom he calls "princess" and courts by popping up at unexpected times. She dumps her fiancé to choose Guido. The film jumps ahead to the war's last months. Nora and Guido have a child, Giosué, and when Guido and the lad are shipped to a concentration camp, Dora voluntarily follows. Although the men and women in the camp are separated and a child is in mortal peril, Guido finds ways to communicate with Dora, to hide Giosué, and to convince the boy this is an elaborate game, a special contest to win a tank.
